So you’re a business owner who’s been thinking about working with us? You’ve likely heard great things from someone you know or seen our great reviews and content online. Let me walk you through what the process is like so you can consider whether you are ready to take that next step.
When a business owners inquires regarding our services we always set up a discovery call to really understand what the business does and how it operates. We want to get a good feel for what your priorities are, what your goals are and what that timeline looks like. We determine whether we are a good fit for your company and we figure out the best solutions via the services and applications we offer to meet your needs.
Recommendations are made at this point in time and ideas for you to think about are exchanged. When you’re ready to move forward, an engagement letter is then prepared detailing the scope of services and functions of your accounting department that we will be performing on a regular basis. Once the engagement letter is executed we will send you our onboarding checklist of all the necessary documents needed to get going.
Once we have all those accesses setup and all the files we need, you will be assigned one of our All star Accounting specialists. We have our first introductory call with this all star and this really is my favorite part because we get to know each other even better and learn the best way to compliment or streamline your accounting systems. Like any new relationship the first couple weeks we will have some speed bumps on the road to success as we both settle in. But i can assure you that we will work diligently to make this as seamless as possible for you.
From here on out we are in communication with you and providing the financials your business needs to succeed. Honest, transparency, and reliability are the keys to a successful relationship with you.
